Introduction

Overview

When a user is on a call with the other party or receiving an incoming call, and wishes to forward the call to another number. There are two methods for call forwarding: Attended Transfer and Unattended Transfer (Blind Transfer).

Attended Transfer

Attended Transfer is also known as "Polite Mode". It involves calling the target party first, waiting for them to answer the call, and then completing the call forwarding.
Operation Method:
For phones A and B in a call: Phone A presses the 【Transfer】 button, then enters the number of Phone C and presses 【Call】. After Phone C answers and agrees to the transfer, Phone A presses the 【Transfer】 button to complete the attended transfer.

Unattended Transfer:

Unattended Transfer is also known as "Blind Transfer". It does not require connecting to the second party and confirming before establishing the call.
Operation Method:
For phones A and B in a call: Phone A presses the 【Transfer】 button, then enters the number of Phone C and presses 【Transfer】 again, and the unattended transfer to Phone C will be completed immediately.
