Introduction

Overview

Call Hold allows a user who is currently on a call to temporarily pause the ongoing conversation. During the hold period, background hold music is played to the other party. When the user needs to resume the original call, the conversation can be restored by pressing the resume key on the phone.

Applicable Models

This function applies to all models of our phones.

How to Use the Function

When phones A and B are in an active call, phone A can press the Hold key to place the call on hold. Phone B will then hear the hold background music. Phone A can press the Resume key to return to the original call.
