Overview

The phone supports masking part of the incoming caller number to help protect caller privacy.

Applicable Models

This feature applies to all phone models offered by our company.

Target Audience

This document is intended for routine maintenance personnel who need to troubleshoot and configure phones.

Configuration Method

Step 1: Enter the phone's IP address in your browser to access the web interface. The default username and password are both admin.
Step 2: Go to “Phone Settings”→“Function Settings”→“Basic Settings”, enable number privacy, choose the matching direction, and then set the start position and the number of digits to be hidden.
