5. Call recording playback: Double click on each call record to replay the call recording. Provide a recording playback interface similar to a media player, which can start, stop, pause playback, display real-time playback progress bar, and directly drag the progress bar to locate the playback point.

Dial number control: Accurate verification of family numbers to prevent calls beyond the range of family numbers.

Call duration control: Set the maximum duration for each family phone call based on the level of the prisoner.

Call frequency control: Set the number of times family phone calls can be made per month based on the level of the prisoner.

Telephone disconnection control: During the process of making family phone calls or making calls, prison guards may suspend the call at any time as needed (by forcibly disconnecting the line through the system interface or monitoring phone).

Call authorization control: Before inmates make calls to their family phone numbers, they must enter the set user number and password for authorization before they can make calls to their family phone numbers.

 

Network monitoring: In the prison area, prison office, or higher-level prison management bureau, real-time monitoring of the current calls of inmates can be carried out through computer networks. The usage of family phone numbers in all prison areas can be viewed, and the information of inmates and family members in each call can be displayed. The current call can be monitored, and the call can be terminated at any time or forcibly interrupted by switching function keys.

Phone monitoring: Provide separate monitoring phones for each family phone, with on-site monitoring by prison guards. The phone can be monitored and switched by pressing buttons, and the call can be terminated by pressing buttons. It can provide a separate communication channel for monitoring phone calls, which does not affect the quality of communication for prisoners during monitoring, and does not affect normal communication during forced insertion.
