4. The call record information includes: start call time, end call time, prisoner's name, prisoner's number, prison area code, phone number, family member's name, relationship, call duration, remarks, etc; You can view listening records (listener, listening record information) and playback records (replay person, replay record information).
5. Call recording playback: Double click on each call record to replay the call recording. Provide a recording playback interface similar to a media player, which can start, stop, pause playback, display real-time playback progress bar, and directly drag the progress bar to locate the playback point.

The current call can be monitored, and the call can be terminated at any time or forcibly interrupted by switching function keys.
Phone monitoring: Provide separate monitoring phones for each family phone, with on-site monitoring by prison guards. The phone can be monitored and switched by pressing buttons, and the call can be terminated by pressing buttons.
