Dispatching Telephones, Mobile Terminals

For the dispatching terminal telephones, IP explosion-proof telephones are used to realize the broadcasting and intercom functions between the dispatching center and the dispatching terminals. The IP explosion-proof telephones come with explosion-proof loudspeakers.

Dispatching Center, Office

A dispatching console can be deployed in the dispatching center and office, or the dispatching console client software can be installed on a PC. The converged command and dispatching console is an integrated platform that combines operation, control, command, and order. It supports various types of dispatching consoles such as all-in-one touch screen operation consoles, PCs, and modular dispatching consoles. It mainly provides voice dispatching and video dispatching functions, as well as a unified control management operation display interface for the accessed third-party business data information, providing a graphical human-computer interactive interface display. Switching between different interfaces can be realized through touch and click, and it supports the hierarchical dispatching function.

Alarm Gateway

It is used for sensing terminals of smoke detectors, gas or other toxic gases. After receiving the terminal sensing signals, it sends an alarm signal to the converged dispatching system, and the system automatically completes the pre-warning or broadcasting.

External Line Access

If the external line is an analog external line, it can be accessed into the system using an analog trunk gateway. If the external line is a digital external line, it can be accessed into the system using a digital trunk gateway to realize the function of the system terminals to dial and connect to the external lines.

Cluster Intercom Gateway

It can integrate the intercom cluster system with the converged dispatching system, be compatible with mainstream intercom handhelds and vehicle-mounted units, connect the original intercom equipment to the dispatching system. Users can conveniently call the intercom through the telephone, and can also use the intercom to make phone calls. The system supports traditional PSTN telephone lines and SIP-based VOIP telephone lines.
