Beikong Sanxing deployed a beckiot EPX3000 server on site. A 30B+D digital trunk is delivered via E1 gateway to the beckiot IPPBX—no bundles of analog cables required. The system supports 300 concurrent calls, presents a unified main number on outbound calls, and routes inbound callers through IVR to the correct department or person, improving customer satisfaction and corporate image. All extensions call each other free of charge, cutting cabling and internal call costs. Call logs, recordings and statistical reports are permanently stored on the local server for easy retrieval, providing data for business development and customer-service improvement.
