UC8000 is the latest generation software-based dispatching host newly launched by Konen Fusion. It provides functional support for telephone systems for industry customers such as government organizations, large and medium-sized enterprises, call centers, university campus communications, hotel room communications, emergency command and dispatching systems, voice remote connections for Internet enterprises, logistics and express communications, science and technology park telephone dispatching services, and IP voice communications. The main functions include all common functions of IP voice communications such as SIP/PSTN/IMS voice calls, telephone recording, telephone transfer, voice telephone conferences, electronic fax, and interconnection of extensions of remote branches. UC8000 can support up to 20,000 registered extensions and 4,000 concurrent calls at maximum, with powerful system performance, flexible configuration, and convenient deployment. Customers can realize docking with third-party IPPBX or alternative solutions for traditional telephone switch PBX through UC8000, so as to help customers maximize the full utilization of resources and support diversified business needs.

UC8000 realizes parallel support for software and hardware platforms and can be widely deployed on various server platforms, including X86, ARM, Kunpeng, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, etc. Through the software deployment method, UC8000 takes advantage of the flexibility of software, the system resources can be dynamically adjusted, breaking through the resource bottleneck of hardware deployment, and the system performance is greatly improved; at the same time, it can use the advantages of various cloud server platforms to realize elastic configuration and migration of resources. In addition to supporting standard hardware servers, UC8000 can also fully support Konen Fusion's self-developed hardware server UC2500, so that the stability and compatibility of the system can be fully guaranteed.

UC8000 provides a telecom-grade high-reliability solution, which can realize HA dual-machine hot standby. In addition to supporting various latest enterprise telephone systems, it has good SIP/IMS network compatibility. It can support low-cost telephone system deployment through docking with external analog gateways, can also realize automatic configuration of SIP phones through batch deployment, and provides visual web management for convenient maintenance. It is widely used in government agencies, enterprises, electric power, finance, education, medical care, parks, hotels and other industries.
