With the diversification of communication methods in dispatching systems, the dispatch desktops in control centers, distribution network centers, and centralized control centers are cluttered with various types of calls, such as online dispatching calls, direct calls to local dispatching centers, production dispatching calls, administrative office calls, telecom external lines, and network calls. Operators often find it hard to handle them all and are prone to mistakes during incoming and outgoing calls. In response to this situation, our company has developed the touchscreen power intelligent integrated dispatching console. It takes the existing program-controlled switchboard as the platform and loads functional software with tandem dispatching as the core, integrating the dispatch desktop phones, local dispatching phones, administrative phones, production dispatching phones, external lines, call recordings (network and video calls) in the control center onto the touchscreen intelligent integrated dispatching console (shift supervisor desk dispatch call tandem console). It realizes integrated dispatching of phones from different voice switches, featuring functions like hot-key dialing, incoming call display (with name or post), call queuing, dispatch conferences, recording management, and one-key broadcast notifications, thus achieving centralized management and unified command of communication dispatch calls. It can also serve as a power intelligent integrated dispatching console for digital program-controlled switches, dispatch switches, VOIP softswitch systems, or telecom virtual networks, saving users a significant amount of investment.
