With the rapid evolution of information technology, the volume of data that enterprises must handle keeps growing, the number of departments involved keeps expanding, and inter-branch communication keeps intensifying. However, most departments still rely on legacy telephone networks that are not interconnected with modern IP networks. beckiot has deployed an IP-PBX unified-communications appliance in Jiannanchun’s headquarters data center. Connected to the company’s internal LAN, it serves as the core voice server to meet the dialing needs of staff across all regions. At each branch office, IP phones are installed on desks and register to the server over IP. Once connected to the network, users can make and receive calls without any additional telephone cabling; deployment is simple, and calls between extensions are free, significantly reducing telecommunication costs. Multi-level IVR menus can be configured so that customer inquiries are quickly routed to the appropriate departments and personnel, boosting customer satisfaction. The system also provides call logging and high-fidelity, highly compressed call recording with clear audio. Recordings can be downloaded or played online, enabling unified management of communication data and optimized resource allocation.
