Select the landing gateway, double-click the information of the landing gateway group -> Click... -> Add -> Double-click the default one and then select one (select Apply after setting, otherwise it will not be saved).
    • View Your Own Phones: Business Management -> Phone Business -> Phone Management -> Filter (you can fill in the phone number in the filter).
    • eyeBeam Phone Settings: Display Menu -> SIP Account Settings -> Add. Display Name: Set the phone number for hang-up management by yourself. Username: The phone's own number. Password: The phone management phone number. Authorized User: The phone's own number. Domain Name: The IP address of the number that needs to be tested (the IP address for logging into VOS).
    • Testing Communication:
      • System -> Account Management -> Select Settlement Account for Account Type -> Filter.
      • Double-click to enter the account that needs to be tested, and double-click the number of network managers to enter.
      • Click Edit -> Landing Prefix, copy the main calling prefix of the landing (if there are multiple ones, just copy one).
      • Fill in the copied number into the outgoing call display of phone management, and copy the network manager group to the network manager group of the phone.
      • Add SIP to the eyeBeam phone and then you can make calls.
  2. Configuration Steps for Building the VOS3000 Internet Telephone System:

    • Obtain VOS3000 Software: Obtain the VOS3000 software installation package through formal channels. VOS3000 is commercial software and requires purchasing an authorization.

    • Log in to the VOS3000 Management Interface: Log in using the administrator account.

    • Set Ignore Prefix:

      • Softswitch Management Settings: After logging in, find the Supplementary Settings option in the softswitch management, enter the system parameter configuration interface, find the system parameter named SS_NON_STANDARD_PREFIX, and fill in a specific value in this parameter, for example, 999. In this way, when the system encounters a non-standard mobile phone number starting with 999, it will automatically ignore this prefix and then recognize and process the subsequent numbers.

      • Business Configuration: Enter the business configuration interface, find the Domestic Business Rule Settings option, and set parameters such as number length and number prefix in this option to ensure that the system can correctly recognize non-standard 11-digit mobile phone numbers. Also set the ignore prefix in the domestic business rules to cooperate with the previous softswitch management settings.

    • Set Black and White Lists: When adding black and white list rules, also set the ignore prefix so that when the system checks whether the phone number is in the black and white lists, it will automatically ignore the prefix of non-standard mobile phone numbers, thus ensuring the accuracy of the black and white list functions.

    • Save Settings and Test Verification: After completing the above configurations, save the settings and ensure that the modifications take effect, and then conduct test verification.

  4. VOS3000 Client Incoming Call Configuration (Taking Super Simple Five Steps as an Example):

    • View SIP Proxy: In the registration management, view the SIP proxy IP address registered by your line, and record it.
    • Create a Normal Account: Create a normal account for incoming calls, select "Billing Rate", and choose the rate according to your own situation. For testing here, a free rate is configured. If the rate is not free, you need to recharge this normal account.
    • Newly Build a Docking Gateway: Newly build a docking gateway, click the "Supplementary Settings" of this gateway, select "Gateway Type" as static IP, and then fill in the SIP proxy IP address recorded in the registration management in the IP address field.
